CircleDNA allows end users to understand over 500 of their genetics reports with the Circle App. Circle App also allows end users to order swap kits, schedule sample pick-up all self-administrated.
We have conducted countless internal product UATs to further understand the test kit sample collection flow, in-app pick-up scheduling and report generating flow.
My team and my work when it comes to product operation, we would conduct extensive survey and calls with product customers as well as website, help-desk and newsletter users to understand their purchase drivers, purchase blockers, UX feedback and pain-points.
